[kbs_submit] Shortcode

[kbs_submit] Shortcode

Inserts a ticket submission form on to your web page

Once you have created a submission form, you’ll want to display it somewhere within your site so that customers may begin logging support tickets. The [kbs_submit] shortcode enables you to do this.

In order to use this shortcode, you’ll need to identify the ID of the form you wish to display. This can be found on the Submission Forms page. Use that ID to tell the shortcode which form you want displayed.

Submission Forms

The [kbs_submit] shortcode should be added on a page that you want to act as the submission page.

Usage

[kbs_submit form="1497"]

The above example will display the submission form with ID 1497.

The submission form is populated by the shortcode-form.php template file.
