Clicking onto a ticket will open the ticket overview where the customer will be able to view all details regarding the ticket, as well as submit a new reply to the ticket.

Whilst an individual ticket can be viewed and managed by guest customers using the unique URL be provided by using the {ticket_url} email tag within email correspondence, they must have previously registered for, and be logged into an account on your website, to view the list of all previously logged tickets under their name.
