[kbs_tickets] Shortcode

[kbs_tickets] Shortcode

Enables customers to view and mabage their tickets

The [kbs_tickets] shortcode provides an interface for your customers to view a list of all tickets that they have previously submitted.

Clicking onto a ticket will open the ticket overview where the customer will be able to view all details regarding the ticket, as well as submit a new reply to the ticket.

Whilst an individual ticket can be viewed and managed by guest customers using the unique URL be provided by using the {ticket_url} email tag within email correspondence, they must have previously registered for, and be logged into an account on your website, to view the list of all previously logged tickets under their name.

During the first activation of the KB Support plugin, a Ticket Manager page will have been created containing the [kbs_tickets] shortcode. Add this to your menu if you wish for customers to be able to browse to the page from your website. If a customer who has not yet logged any support tickets lands on this page, they will see a notice stating You have no tickets yet.
