How to Hide Default Form Fields
Submission forms are always populated with some default fields which cannot be deleted via the Submission Forms page. However, it is still possible to hide any of those fields if you want to do so with some basic CSS code.
Enable File Uploads on the Submission Form
The default configuration of KB Support following installation does not enable file uploads via the customer submission form and reply forms. To add a file upload field to your ticket submission form you need to enable file uploads within settings.

Increasing the Maximum File Size for Uploads
The maximum file size for uploads from your submission form can vary from web host to host. If a customer tries to upload a file that exceeds your servers maximum file size limit, they will be presented with an error and the form will not be submitted.
