Creating KBS Pages
KBS allows you to create your own ticket submission and management pages should you need or wish to, or edit the existing pages. You can add your own content to these pages as needed, just be sure to include the relevant shortcode for the page as mentioned above.
For the Submission page, add a new page in WordPress and give it a title. The default title used during install is Log a Support Ticket.
Obtain the ID of the submission form you want to display on this page and place the [kbs_submit form="100"]
shortcode in the content and publish the page. (Be sure to replace “100” with your own form ID)
For the Tickets page, create a new page and enter the title. The default title used during install is Ticket Manager.
Place the [kbs_tickets]
shortcode into the content of the page and publish.
If you have re-created any of the pages, make sure you head to Tickets -> Settings and set the pages against the relevant options.
