The MailChimp Integration extension integrates your KB Support System with MailChimp by letting your customers choose to subscribe to your mailing list during the process of Submitting a Ticket, Adding a Reply to a Ticket, and editing their user profile.
If the customer can be identified, either by being logged in or by their email address if adding a reply to a ticket, the subscribe option will only be displayed if the user is not already subscribed to the chosen list.
This extension also integrates with our other extensions that display a form to the customer, such as the Paid Support extension where the subscription field is displayed within the payment form.
