We don't have individual extension sales. We have something better, we are giving all the extensions to any our premium users!
We provide support for KB Support for free to all our users. You can open a support ticket at any time. Extension support, however, requires a valid extension license key. License keys are issued at the time of purchase.
License keys simply connect your site to ours, allowing us to provide you with automatic updates if your license key is in good standing. Likewise, we provide extension support for valid license key holders.
You are more than welcome to request a refund within 14 days of purchasing your license keys. However, no refunds are allowed on the Enterprise bundle. View full terms and conditions.
License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will lose the premium functionality of KB Support but you will be able to continue to use free version of KB Support.
Premium extensions can be purchased for a single site, 5 sites, or unlimited sites, which determines your license key activation limit. You may deactivate a license key and move it to another site at any time.
